By signing up to work with Joseph Clarke, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Waiver and Release from Liability:

 

I understand that the information offered by Joseph Clarke should not be construed as professional medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.

 

Joseph Clarke cannot replace the services of licensed professionals in any field, including, but not limited to financial, medical, psychiatric, or legal fields.

 

Joseph Clarke is not a doctor, counselor, therapist, or other certified medical specialist, and as such Joseph cannot make medical claims.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, spouse, family members/heirs, administrators, agents, and assigns, agree to release, waive, hold harmless, defend, covenant not to sue, and indemnify Joseph Clarke from all liability from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of actions, and other proceedings included but not limited to legal costs, fees, arising out of or relating to any communications or services provided by Joseph Clarke.

Cancellation Policy:

The full cost of the session will be charged and no refund will be issued if less than 24 hours notice is given, with exceptions for illness or emergency.

Confidentiality:

 

All sessions are confidential. However, Joseph Clarke may share generic information for marketing, advertising, blogging, speaking, etc. An example of what might be shared is, “I have a client (fictitious name will be used) who suffered from insomnia and night terrors, and now she is sleeping peacefully through the night.” If you do not want even generic information shared, please let Joseph know and he will gladly honor your request.
