The first step is realigning you with your core values, motivations, and purposes. Through
Reiki energy healing, mindfulness coaching, and dialogue, I'll help you strengthen your connection to your heart, so can live more in alignment with what truly matters to you.
The second step is setting intentions that honor what truly matters to you. For instance, if you love painting, but you can't seem to find the time or motivation to paint, we will set intentions designed to get you painting more consistently. With these intentions in place, you'll go into each day focused and motivated to do what you truly love.
The third step is execution. We'll use guided visualization to help you picture yourself doing the thing you love, so that you can begin to feel some of the enjoyment and enthusiasm of the activity before you actually do it. (It's a bit like getting a free sample from the bakery - the small taste lights up your brain and encourages you to go for more!) We'll also use guided vizualization to help you anticipate the obstacles, temptations, and distractions that typically prevent you from doing the thing you love. That way, when those hindrances arise, you already know how to handle them, and you can keep your eyes on the prize.
